Celina Rocquet is an expert in sustainable innovation with a strong background in both science and marketing. Her work focuses on integrating sustainability into business strategies, emphasizing circular economy principles and eco-friendly innovations. She has collaborated with high-profile clients, especially in life science industries (Nestlé, Sanofi, Groupe Rocher, Chanel, LVMH, TotalEnergies Renouvelables, various startups etc) contributing to projects that promote sustainable development and corporate social responsibility (CSR). She also worked as an expert of Access and Benefit Sharing (ABS) / Nagoya Protocol for UEBT.
As a consultant and speaker, she specializes in sustainable innovation, drawing on her expertise in biotechnology, strategic marketing, and digital transformation. She cofounded three start-ups between 2011 and 2018.
Lectures & training
In addition to her extensive professional experience, Celina Rocquet is a dedicated educator, sharing her expertise in innovation, sustainability, and geopolitics with companies and students in various higher education institutions. She has served as a senior lecturer at renowned universities and business schools, including Paris-Saclay Plant Science, SupBiotech, ISIPCA and Institut de Gestion Sociale. She mentors student projects focused on sustainable innovation, helping to shape the next generation of leaders in sustainability. Her teaching approach combines practical experience with academic rigor, ensuring that students gain real-world insights into sustainable development and innovation strategies.
She is Vice-President of the FIAB (Fédération Internationale Afrique et Beauté), a NGO promoting sustainable valorization of African biodiversity and local economic empowerment.
She is also a UNESCO expert on project promoting education on Sustainable Development Goals, and participate to workings groups such as the Convergence's task force (ACTED) on education to sustainability.
And when she finds a bit of free time, she enjoys writing science fiction novels.
